We invite you to read the following information carefully if you are using or planning to use the Satety Notes application.

A new version of the Safety Notes application will be released on the Apple Store and Google Play Store (3.2.345)– you will be able to download it from 30/06.
Beside fixing some sending and synchronization issues, this version includes two new features detailed below :

The objective is to have a notification when one or more messages are received on the application icon directly.

The user will have to be logged in to get the notifications on the application icon.

For confidentiality reasons, it is not possible to save an anonymous report as a draft. To avoid wrong saves, a modal warns the user of this error.

This feature means that an anonymous report can no longer be saved as a draft.

A synchronization is now available on each SafetyNotes module to make it easier to update the application. To synchronise the modules, you need to scroll down

When using the app, we strongly invite you to follow the following best practises:

• Make sure that the status of the application is “Synchronized” before going into flight mode and always when you have some network. (green icon on the main page)
  
  
  
  
• Try not to add large attachments (send them by separate email). Be patient when sending some large attachments.
• Make sure you received the confirmation email once the report has been sent (unless sent anonymously)

If you are struck in the application (with the status “awaiting synchronization”) :

• Exit the application then relaunch it
• Try synchronizing severeal times (with 4G or Wifi)
